近年来感染性发热的研究在临床和动物实验方面取得了一定进展,但临床上感染性高热不退,是国内外学者比较棘手的问题。有学者提出内毒素是一种刺激性极强的物质,可以激活体内单核细胞、巨噬细胞、血管内皮细胞及血小板释放的各种细胞因子。其主要为肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)。TNF可导致自由基和过氧化物形成,引起细胞代谢紊乱和损伤。有关感染性发热中清除自由基和对TNF的影响报道较少。本研究采用兔制造内毒素发热模型,观察清毒退热药对其的保护作用,并探讨内毒素性发热时TNF和自由基的水平
In recent years, the study of infectious fever has made some progress in clinical and animal experiments. However, clinical infectious fever does not retreat. It is a difficult problem for domestic and foreign scholars. Some scholars have suggested that endotoxin is a highly irritating substance that can activate various cytokines released by monocytes, macrophages, vascular endothelial cells, and platelets in vivo. It is mainly tumor necrosis factor (TNF). TNF can lead to the formation of free radicals and peroxides, causing cell metabolism disorders and damage. There have been relatively few reports of free radical scavenging and effects on TNF in infectious fever. In this study, rabbit models of endotoxin fever were used to observe the protective effects of Qingdu antipyretics and to explore the levels of TNF and free radicals during endotoxin-induced fever.
