对寻骨风镇痛消炎作用有效部位的确定,为寻骨风注射液工艺改革提供理论依据。将寻骨风药材用pH3的水提取总生物碱部分,再用pH8的水提取非生物碱部分,提取液给小白鼠腹腔注射,观察其对醋酸所致小白鼠扭体反应的影响和对由二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响。研究结果表明:总生物碱部分扭体反应抑制率为81.1%,而非生物碱部分扭体抑制率为53.8%;总生物碱部分耳廓肿胀抑制率为16.31%,非生物碱部分耳廓肿胀抑制率为4.08%。其总生物碱部分镇痛、消炎作用明显优于非生物碱部分。寻骨风镇痛消炎作用主要有效部位是总生物碱部分
The determination of effective sites for analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of bone-setting wind provides a theoretical basis for the reform of the process of seeking bone-wind injection. The total alkaloids were extracted with pH3 water, then non-alkaloids were extracted with water of pH8. The extracts were injected intraperitoneally into mice to observe the effect of acetic acid on the writhing response of mice. Xylene-induced ear swelling in mice. The results showed that the total alkaloid writhing inhibition rate was 81.1%, the non-alkaloid writhing inhibition rate was 53.8%, and the total alkaloid auricular swelling inhibition rate was 16.31%.
