目的 探讨股骨头坏死的病理演进机制及预后。方法 采用 12N盐酸、12N氢氧化钠依次注入家兔股骨头内灭活骨细胞、骨髓组织及破坏股骨头内的微循环。结果 在短时期内复制出进展期的股骨头坏死模型 ,6周左右即可出现典型的骨坏死病理。结论 病因、骨吸收及骨有效重建的平衡状态、生物力学三方面因素综合作用 ,决定股骨头坏死的病理演进及预后。股骨头坏死的有效修复不仅仅是坏死的骨小梁重建 ,还应包括遭受损害的微循环及骨髓功能的恢复
Objective To investigate the pathological mechanism and prognosis of femoral head necrosis. Methods 12N hydrochloric acid and 12N sodium hydroxide were injected into the femoral head of rabbits to inactivate osteocytes, bone marrow and destroy the microcirculation in the femoral head. The results of a short period of replication of the advanced model of osteonecrosis of the femur, about 6 weeks to the typical osteonecrosis pathology. Conclusions The etiology, bone resorption and bone remodeling balance, biomechanical factors combined to determine the pathological changes and prognosis of femoral head necrosis. Effective repair of femoral head necrosis is not just a necrotic trabecular reconstruction, but also includes compromised microcirculation and restoration of bone marrow function
