During the transition from exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education, our sportsmen should sum up the past, look to the future, change their concepts, recognize the essential differences between the two and analyze themselves to find a breakthrough in practice and fulfill the important task entrusted by quality education. First, the traditional old model is not conducive to teaching 1. Physical education teachers own habits. Each teacher in the course of many years of teaching practice, can unconsciously form a pattern of teaching in line with their own characteristics, although these can to some extent be able to make teaching smoothly, but it can bind physical education teachers way of thinking, so that I am caught in the box, it is easy to affect the reform and innovation of physical education. As in the preparation process, physical education teachers generally use jogging, after running is to do freehand exercise, no matter what the subject is encountered. This fixed pattern over time will have a great negative impact on students, limiting students’ thinking and imagination, losing their interest in physical education, and failing to meet the multiple education required by physical education.
