针对循环流化床锅炉使用过程中出现的一些问题及生产甲醇对蒸汽质量和压力要求进行研究,提出具体措施,充分利用20H/h锅炉,让它强化燃烧,提高锅炉的燃烧效率及热效率,节能减排效果明显。
Aiming at some problems occurred in the process of using circulating fluidized bed boiler and the requirement of steam quality and pressure in production of methanol, concrete measures are put forward to make full use of 20H / h boiler to enhance its combustion and improve the combustion efficiency and thermal efficiency of the boiler. Emission reduction effect is obvious.
