本文对湿地松的旋切、出板等级、合板胶合等方面进行研究。结果表明:湿地松木材旋切、干燥、胶合性能良好,制成的胶合板性能符合国标规定。试验提出了制造湿地松三层胶合板最佳的热压胶合工艺。湿地松可以试用于胶合板的生产。
In this paper, the rotary cutting pine, the plate level, plywood and other aspects of the study. The results showed that the plywood of P. elliottii could be cut, dried and glued well. The properties of plywood made in accordance with the national standard. The experiment proposed the best hot gluing process for the manufacture of three-layer plywood. Slash pine can be used in plywood production.
