利用万能试验机、光学显微镜、硬度计及摩擦磨损试验机检测了不同回火温度下堆焊材料的性能,研究回火温度对某微型车中间轴堆焊模具耐磨性的影响。结果表明:当回火温度为500℃时,堆焊层材料具有最大的抗拉强度,较高的硬度。堆焊层显微组织中碳化物颗粒均匀细小地弥散分布于基体,形成颗粒增强复合层,耐磨性最好。
The universal testing machine, optical microscope, hardness tester and friction and wear tester were used to test the properties of the surfacing materials at different tempering temperatures. The effects of tempering temperature on the wear resistance of a mini-truck countershaft welding tool were studied. The results show that when the tempering temperature is 500 ℃, the surfacing material has the highest tensile strength and the higher hardness. Surfacing layer microstructure carbide particles dispersed evenly distributed in the matrix, forming a particle reinforced composite layer, the best wear resistance.
