采用大鼠 SC异丙肾上腺素 (Iso) 4.0 mg· kg-1· d-1× 2 d造成的心肌损伤模型 ,观察东海三豪口服液对心脏的保护作用。实验结果表明东海三豪口服液能显著降低 Iso所致心肌缺血大鼠整体心电图 J点的变化 ,减少心肌细胞中 L DH、CPK的释放 ,增强血清、心肌中 SOD、GSH- PX活性 ,降低心肌、血清 MDA水平 ,此外还能明显减少血清、心肌 FFA的生成 ,缩小心肌梗塞面积 ,阻止 Ca2 + 内流 ,稳定心肌细胞钙的含量。证实东海三豪口服液对大鼠实验性心肌缺血有明显保护作用 ,提示东海三豪口服液可能是一种作用多环节多途径、口服易吸收、毒副作用小 ,疗效显著的抗心肌缺血的保健食品。
The myocardial injury model induced by isoprenaline (Iso) 4.0 mg·kg-1·d-1×2 d was used to observe the protective effect of Donghai Sanhao oral liquid on the heart. The experimental results showed that Donghai Sanhao Oral Liquid could significantly reduce the changes in J electrocardiogram of rats with Iso-induced myocardial ischemia, reduce the release of LDH and CPK from myocardial cells, and increase the activities of SOD and GSH-PX in serum and myocardium.
