阐明TB1819－87《内燃机车用柴油机中冷库技术条件》已难以满足国产内燃机车用柴油机中冷器的生产、检验等的需要，建议对现行标准进行认真修定，并提出了具体修改意见。
It is pointed out that TB1819-87 “technical conditions of cold storage medium for diesel locomotives” has been difficult to meet the needs of the production, testing and other tests of diesel engine intercooler for domestic diesel locomotives. It is suggested that the current standards be seriously revised and specific comments on the changes proposed.
