马蹄窑是烧砖工业的主要设备之一,它具有构造简单、投资少、操作方便等特点。但是一般都存在着煤耗高、次品多的缺点,对砖瓦工业大跃进的形势是不相适应的。我省邳县砖瓦厂的马蹄窑也同样有上述缺点,每万块标准砖的煤耗高达3,300公斤,合格品率只有90%左右。在党支部领导下,经过发动群众反复研究,找出了解决马蹄窑存在问题的关键,采取了措施,获得了显著成效。
Horseshoe kiln is one of the main equipments in the brick industry. It has the characteristics of simple structure, less investment and convenient operation. However, in general, there are disadvantages of high coal consumption and many inferior products, which are inconsistent with the great leap forward of the brick and tile industry. The horseshoe kiln of the Lixian Brickyard in our province has the same drawbacks as above. The coal consumption per 10,000 standard bricks is as high as 3,300 kilograms, and the qualified product rate is only about 90%. Under the leadership of the Party branch, after launching repeated studies by the masses, the key to solving the problems of the Horseshoe Kiln was found out, and measures were taken to achieve remarkable results.
