一、引言 自从勘察和开发北海以来,英国钢铁公司(BSC)就致力于生产供其使用的钢板。这些年来,大约有500000吨板材供给了英国和挪威地区。BSC曾大量投资于新的炼钢设备,对于生产可满足近海石油工业改善质量要求的钢之炼钢设备更是如此,近年来这一过程一直在继续’而且仍在不断采用新的技术。 本文强调了与这些发展有关的某些主要特点,并提供了关于成份、控制及针对不同的设计规范和石油公司的技术规范所达到的性能水平方面的资料。
I. INTRODUCTION Since the survey and development of the North Sea, British Steel (BSC) has been committed to producing steel sheets for its use. Over the years, about 500,000 tons of sheet have been supplied to the UK and Norway. BSC has invested heavily in new steelmaking equipment, not least in the manufacture of steel-making equipment that meets the quality requirements of the offshore oil industry, which has continued in recent years and continues to adopt new technologies. This article highlights some of the key features relevant to these developments and provides information on the composition, control and performance levels achieved by different design codes and specifications of oil companies.
