本文在实验室工作的基础上,提出啤酒厂后发酵罐阴极保护的恒槽压控制方法,选择了钛镀二氧化铅作为该体系中的阴极材料;确定了保护电位及阴阳极面积比;讨论了搅拌、温度、涂料对阴极保护体系的影响。
Based on the work in laboratory, this paper proposed a constant tank pressure control method for the cathodic protection of the fermentor after beer brewery. Titanium-coated lead dioxide was selected as the cathode material in the system. The protective potential and the area ratio of anode and cathode were determined. The effect of stirring, temperature and coating on cathodic protection system.
