本文讨论了既存模拟市话局引进数字交换设备的各种模式,并论证了其最优数字化发展策略的性质。鉴于通信设施增容扩建的特点,文章中提出了通信生产具有容量储备特性的观点,并在此基础上给出了选择交换设施最佳扩容方案的动态规划算法——最短路树形图算法,该算法可以模拟每一个可行数字化发展策略所对应的最优发展过程。
This article discusses the various modes in which existing analogue exchanges introduce digital exchange equipment and demonstrates the nature of its optimal digital development strategy. In view of the characteristics of capacity expansion and expansion of communication facilities, this paper puts forward the viewpoint of capacity reserve in communication production. Based on this, the paper presents a dynamic programming algorithm - the shortest path tree algorithm, The algorithm can simulate the optimal development process corresponding to each feasible digital development strategy.
