邓兰亭大夫,中共党员,区政协委员,原是解放军某部卫生所长兼军医,曾就读于吉林医科大学,大连军医学校,中医学院。部队转业后辞掉机关干部及公职,创建了邓兰亭中医内科诊所。两年后经哈尔滨市科委、市卫生局批准,成立了哈尔滨市中亚中医慢性病研究所,分管胃病专科门诊,任胃病门诊主治医师。
Deng Lanting doctor, member of the Communist Party of China, member of the CPPCC National Committee, formerly a PLA Ministry of Health director and military doctor, studied at Jilin Medical University, Dalian Military Medical School, College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. After the resignation of troops quit their cadres and public offices, created Deng Lanting Chinese medicine clinic. Two years later, with the approval of Harbin Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Municipal Health Bureau, Harbin Institute of Chronic Diseases of Central Asian Chinese Medicine was set up. It was in charge of the special stomach disease clinic and was appointed as the attending physician of the stomach clinic.
