2001年广州国民经济运行一直呈现稳定增长的态势。广州人均GDP 已达4586美元,在京、沪、穗三市中名列榜首;广州人均可支配收入14416元人民币,恩格尔系数降至40%;从理论上讲,除了食品费支出,2001年广州市人均已有8650元进行其他的消费。2001年广州人外出睇楼成为一大时尚,同时,广州市十区房屋成交量首次突破1000万平方米大关,达1188万平方米,其中商品房成交量为810万平方米,成交金额383亿元。由此可见,国民经济快速、稳定增长,是房地产业持续发展的重要因素。
In 2001, Guangzhou’s national economy has been showing steady growth. Guangzhou’s GDP per capita has reached 4586 U.S. dollars, ranking first in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Guangzhou’s per capita disposable income is 14,416 yuan and the Engel’s coefficient drops to 40%. In theory, in addition to food expenses, Guangzhou City Per capita has 8,650 yuan for other consumption. Guangzhou out of flat inspection in 2001 became a major fashion, at the same time, Guangzhou ten district housing turnover for the first time exceeded 10 million square meters mark, up to 11.88 million square meters, of which volume of real estate was 8.1 million square meters, turnover of 38.3 billion yuan. This shows that the rapid and steady growth of the national economy is an important factor in the sustained development of the real estate industry.
