本文是4015位企业家参与的“2012年中国企业经营者问卷跟踪调查”的调查报告的主要内容。调查表明,大部分企业家对我国经济转型的重要性和迫切性有着较高的认同,同时也意识到经济转型面临诸多困难和挑战。调查发现,大多数企业家意识到企业成功转型的关键是增强人力资本、提升创新和应变能力,同时,面对转型,企业家亟需提升自身的变革领导力。此外,企业家期望政府加快推进市场化改革,完善法制化建设,积极稳妥地推进政治体制改革,有效治理一些行业中长期存在的恶性竞争和不诚信行为,为企业转型创造更加良好的社会生态系统。
This article is the main content of the survey report on “2012 China Business Managers Questionnaire Survey” involving 4,015 entrepreneurs. The survey shows that most entrepreneurs have a high degree of recognition of the importance and urgency of China's economic restructuring and also realize that the economic restructuring is facing many difficulties and challenges. The survey found that most entrepreneurs realize that the key to successful business transformation is to enhance human capital and improve innovation and resilience. In the meantime, in the face of the transformation, entrepreneurs urgently need to upgrade their leadership in change. In addition, entrepreneurs hope that the government will speed up marketization reform, improve the construction of the legal system, actively and steadily promote the reform of the political system, effectively manage the vicious competition and dishonesty in some industries, and create a more favorable social ecosystem for the transformation of enterprises .
