移动信息化是对传统信息的继承与发展,其“移动性”带来的自由性正是现代市场经济的效率之源。“关中—天水”经济区的建设正处在信息时代的背景下,因此必须大力推广移动信息化应用,发挥其渗透和倍增作用,促进传统产业结构调整和优化升级,加快主导产业的企业做强做大,实现区域主导产业的飞跃,同时可以培育出众多新兴产业,带动“关中—天水”经济区经济快速发展,推动西北地区经济开发。文章分析了经济区移动信息化应用现状,提出了推进移动信息化发展的对策与建议。
