本文研究石油化工大气污染对儿童肺功能影响,选择与石化厂不同距离的4所小学的9~10岁儿童为观察对象,对大气污染水平与儿童呼吸功能进行动态观察,按不同季节监测大气中各种污染物并同时测定儿童呼吸功能,对影响儿童肺功能的其他因素进行多元回归分析。结果显示,石化厂周围大气污染物浓度随季节而变化;儿童肺功能与大气污染水平呈一定负相关,女童较男童敏感。呼吸功能各指标中以FVC、PEFR和MMT为敏感,提示在石化厂一定距离范围内大气污染对儿童肺功能已产生影响。
This paper studies the impact of petrochemical air pollution on children’s lung function. Four elementary schools of 9 to 10 years old with different distances from the petrochemical plant are selected as the observation objects. The air pollution level and children’s respiratory function are observed dynamically. A variety of pollutants and determination of respiratory function in children at the same time, multiple regression analysis of other factors that affect children’s lung function. The results showed that the concentration of atmospheric pollutants around the petrochemical plant changed with the seasons; children’s lung function was negatively correlated with the level of air pollution, and girls were more sensitive than boys. The indexes of respiratory function were sensitive to FVC, PEFR and MMT, which indicated that the air pollution had an impact on children’s lung function within a certain distance of the petrochemical plant.
