切实把医药卫生工作的重点放到农村,为五亿农民服务,不仅是为了进一步巩固工农联盟,适应当前农村社会主义革命和社会主义建设需要,而且是关系到逐步消灭城乡差别、工农差别、脑力劳动和体力劳动的差别,防止出修正主义的重大问题。全省中医工作者已经行动起来,响应党的号召,参加下乡巡回医疗队,防病治病,为农村培训不脱产卫生人员。中药是中医用于治疗疾病的必需武器,中医和中药是一个不可分割的整体,因此,中药工作者也必须高举毛泽东思想红旗,坚决贯彻执行把工作重点放到农村这一指示,更好地配合医疗工作需要,使中医中药工作面向农村,为五亿农民服务。
Effectively putting the focus of medical and health work on rural areas and serving 500 million farmers is not only to further consolidate the alliance of workers and peasants and meet the needs of the current socialist revolution and socialist construction in rural areas, but also related to the gradual elimination of urban-rural differences, worker-peasant disparities, and brain power. Differences in labor and physical labor prevent major issues of revisionism. TCM practitioners in the province have already taken action to respond to the Party’s call and participate in the medical team to go to the countryside to prevent and treat diseases, and to provide training for rural residents without going out of production. Traditional Chinese medicine is an essential weapon used by Chinese medicine to treat diseases. Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine are an integral whole. Therefore, Chinese medicine workers must also hold high the red flag of Mao Zedong Thought and resolutely implement the instructions that put the focus of work on the countryside, and better cooperate with them. Medical work needs to make TCM work facing the countryside and serving 500 million farmers.
