文章通过对福建省泉州市农村卫技人才的现状进行调查,针对农村卫技人才的数量不足,学历结构不合理,职称层次偏低,年龄构成不合理等现状进行了深刻的分析,提出了建议:制定优惠政策,稳定农村医技人才队伍;加大农村卫生建设投入扶持力度,彻底改变农村卫生设施的滞后问题;建立城市支援农村卫生工作的长效机制,提升农村卫生服务水平;加强在岗培训和继续教育,切实提高卫生技术队伍整体素质;大力推进乡镇卫生院管理体制和运行机制改革;发挥医学高职高专办学优势,为农村培养高素质技能型的医技、公共卫生及护理人才。
Through the investigation of the status quo of rural health professionals in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, the article analyzes deeply the current situation of insufficient number of health professionals in rural areas, unreasonable academic structure, low rank of professional title and irrational age composition, and puts forward suggestions : Formulate preferential policies to stabilize the ranks of rural medical and technical personnel; increase investment in rural health construction efforts to completely change the lag in rural health facilities; establish urban long-term mechanism to support rural health work to improve the level of rural health services; strengthen on-the-job training And continuing education, and effectively improve the overall quality of the health technical team; vigorously promote the reform of the management system and operation mechanism of township hospitals; give full play to the advantage of running a medical higher vocational college to train high-quality skilled medical, public health and nursing personnel in rural areas.
