From October 12th to 14th, 1998, the Fifth National Conference on Concrete Structure Basic Theory and Engineering Applications was successfully held at Tianjin University. This is another reinforced concrete after the previous four sessions respectively held in Yantai, Beijing, Changsha and Fuzhou. A successful academic event in the field of architecture.
