1980年8月～1981年7月作者在苏丹东赤道省朱巴市医院内科工作期间,收治脑型疟疾49例,现简要报道于下。 朱巴市医院内科一年内共收住院病人1,252例。其中脑型疟疾49例,占3.9％。男47例,女2例,年龄12～45岁。12～19岁18例占36.7％,20～29岁17例占34.7％,两者合计占71.4％,说明脑疟主要发生在青少年。49例脑疟起病急,30例入院时即有嗜睡、谵妄。11倒入院时已进入昏迷状态。6例入院
From August 1980 to July 1981, 49 cases of cerebral malaria were admitted to the hospital in Juba, Eastern Equatorial Province, Sudan. A total of 1,252 inpatients were hospitalized in Juba City Hospital within a year. 49 cases of cerebral malaria, accounting for 3.9%. There were 47 males and 2 females, aged from 12 to 45 years old. 12 to 19 years old 18 cases accounted for 36.7%, 20 to 29 years old 17 cases accounted for 34.7%, both together accounted for 71.4%, indicating that cerebral malaria occurs mainly in adolescents. 49 cases of acute onset of cerebral malaria, 30 patients admitted to sleep when there is drowsiness, delirium. 11 into the hospital has entered a coma. 6 cases were admitted
