随着民航事业的发展,飞行队的人员较前增多,任务越来越重。飞行队的工作,在民航建设和发展中极为重要,中外旅客对中国民航的印象和评价,在很大程度上看飞行安全以及飞行队的工作绩效。人们形容一个机长,肩上扛着一个大型企业,一举一动与人民生命财产安全休戚相关。因此,要求飞行队思想过硬、作风优良、技术精湛是非常自然的。我们民航全行业坚持“严”字当头,首先要体现在对飞行队从严要求上。今年,我们举行了国际航空公司飞行总队安全飞行40年表彰大会和艰苦创业先进事
