如今,美国的通俗文化因其广大的受众面而成为具有大量的创作者和接受者的文化。美国影视文化作为通俗文化的典型代表,随着网络的发展迅速传播到全球各处。文章指出,我国大学英语教学中通过美国影视剧的文化导入,将文化对比、文学作品、交际场景作为培养学生跨文化意识、拓宽知识面、提高交际能力的重要途径,使得美国影视文化导入成为切实有效的教学方法,并对学生的文化拓展起到积极作用。
Today, the popular culture in the United States has become a culture with a large number of creators and recipients because of its vast audience. American film and television culture as a typical representative of popular culture, with the rapid development of the network spread to all parts of the world. The article points out that in the process of college English teaching in our country, through the cultural introduction of American film and television drama, cultural contrast, literary works and communicative scenes are regarded as important ways to cultivate students’ intercultural awareness, broaden their knowledge and improve their communicative competence. Effective teaching methods, and play an active role in student cultural development.
