本文提出了应用Co~(2+)——硫氰酸盐—CTMAB明胶显色体系和721型分光光度计的树脂相导数分光光度法。本方法可以消除空白树脂的影响。几何测量法和代数计算法均可用于导数测量。
In this paper, resin phase derivative spectrophotometry using Co ~ (2 +) - thiocyanate-CTMAB gelatin system and 721 spectrophotometer was proposed. This method eliminates blank resin effects. Geometrical and algebraic methods can be used for derivative measurements.
