本文研究了白口铸铁的组织结构对挺柱拉毛的影响,评价了三种不同形态的白口铸铁的抗拉毛性能。试验证实白口铸铁的组织结构与拉毛之间存在着密切的关系;不仅与碳化物的数量有关,而且还与奥氏体的形态和分布有关。在观察拉毛挺柱的组织时,还发现碳化物有明显的弯曲、挤压集聚和断裂等变形过程。根据这些现象,我们应用了近代摩擦理论的一些基本概念,探讨了白口铸铁拉毛的微观机制。在这个基础上,设计了一种白口铸铁的组织结构,并在实际的使用中,获得了良好的效果。
In this paper, the effect of the structure of white cast iron on the pinning of Ting Tau was studied, and the anti-razor properties of white cast iron in three different forms were evaluated. The test confirmed that there is a close relationship between the structure and the bristle of white cast iron; it is not only related to the amount of carbides, but also to the shape and distribution of austenite. In observing the organization of the hairpin taps, it is also found that the carbides have obvious bending, squeezing, gathering and breaking deformation processes. Based on these phenomena, we apply some basic concepts of modern friction theory and discuss the microscopic mechanism of white cast iron bristles. On this basis, the design of a white cast iron organizational structure, and in actual use, and achieved good results.
