为把本刊“工会财会”专栏办得更加符合全总财务部和经审会的要求,我们于3月上旬专程赴京再访全总财务部,受到刘庚业部长、刘金堂副部长、何恕安和姚仲珊处长的亲切接见。我们在会见中汇报了三个问题:1.1990年我刊“工会财会”专栏的宣传中心是:①贯彻《中共中央关于加强对工会、共青团、妇联的领导的通知》精神,加强财务管理;②在当前经济滑坡、市场疲软的情况下怎样收好、用好工会经费;③介绍基层工会搞好财务工作的经验;④如何进一步兴办好企事业;④如何巩固和发展工会财务改革的成果,把财务改革引向深入。2.介绍我部主编的《工会财会理论与实践》一书的过程,感谢全总有关
