广西柳州市河南税务分局宣传个人所得税法,除采取已往电视广播、上街咨询、张贴标语、散发传单等方法外,还针对个人所得税法特点采取以下四个宣传举措,收到了良好的效果。 一、争取地方党政机关配合,共同宣传。首先将个人所得税法在辖区政府、公检法等部门、机关作深入宣传,使他们既是缴纳个人所得税的表率又是执行个人所得税法的维护者。 二、向辖区业户宣传。组成宣传小组,深入企业对“三资”企业、承包、租赁企业、娱乐业、饭店酒家等高收入者上门宣传。
