对失效泵阀的分析表明，由磨料磨损引起的失效在整个泵阀系统中不占主要地位，而疲劳磨损机制却是泵阀失效的主要机理．密封圈上的上部块状脱落的根本原因是磨损，为此提出了相应的改进措施．
Analysis of the failed pump valve shows that the failure caused by abrasive wear does not dominate the whole valve system, but the mechanism of fatigue wear is the main mechanism of valve failure. Seal the upper part of the block off the root cause is wear and tear, and put forward the corresponding improvements.
