班组是企业的细胞,是企业的基础,是实现安全生产、科学生产的前沿阵地。作为“兵头将尾”的班组长,是上传下达、贯彻制度、落实措施的桥梁与纽带,是生产现场的直接指挥者和组织者,也是班组生产的第一责任者。班组能否有序地开展工作,取决于班组长的业务素质和管理能力。所以从某种意义上讲,班组长的素质不仅决定着班组的整体素质,也决定着整个企业的素质。
