从2009年6月安永亚太区共享服务中心在大连高新技术园区诞生并落户至今,财务部经理朱歌一直参与并见证着安永共享服务中心在三年时间中的快速成长:员工规模从成立之初不到100人到今年8月份的335人,这一数字在明年7月更将增长到450人;业务范围从最初单一的财务业务扩展到IT、人力资源及出具发票、催发账单、客户关系维护等前端职能;服务范围从最初的大中华区拓展到亚太地区及澳大利亚;工作语言从“英语+普通话”丰富为包涵广东话、日语以及数十种小语种在内的一揽子组合。“共享服务所独具的成本优势、标准化运作流程及其带来的效率提升,是支撑我们迅速发展的根本。”朱歌如是说。
