在党的十一届三中全会方针指导下,我们根据1980年全国、全省科技档案工作会议精神,积极主动地开展了农业科技档案工作,在实践中我们有几点粗浅的体会: 一、提高认识,是搞好农业科技档案工作的前提对于开展农业科技档案工作,一开始就碰到各种不同的思想认识:有些领导同志由于不理解农业科技档案可以转化为生产力,往往不是自觉地重视加强这项工作;县档案科的同志认为农业科技档案工作专业性强,自己不懂,
Guided by the principle of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, we actively carry out the work of agricultural science and technology archives in accordance with the spirit of the national and provincial scientific and technological archives work conferences in 1980.
