为适应当前农业生产发展的形势,国家档案局今年配合农牧渔业部有计划地抓了农业科技档案工作。今年一月,农牧渔业部和国家档案局联合转发了广东省东莞县农业局《搞好科技档案工作,更好地为农业生产服务》的文件。接着,农牧渔业部、国家档案局组织调查组,分赴有关地区,进行调查研究。从3月到5月,五个调查组共调查了七个省(江苏、山东、浙江、湖南、湖北、广东、四川)一个市(上海市)的一百多个单位。其中农牧渔业部直属单位四十多个。这些单位包括省农业厅(局)、省农科院、地区农业局、地区农科所、县农业局、县农科所、公社、大队农科站,还有农业大专院校等。
In order to adapt to the current situation of agricultural production development, the State Archives Bureau cooperated with the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal and Animal Husbandry and Fisheries this year to systematically file agricultural science and technology files. From March to May, the five investigation teams surveyed over 100 units in one city (Shanghai) of seven provinces (Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang, Hunan, Hubei, Guangdong and Sichuan). One of the units directly under the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery more than 40 units. These units include Provincial Department of Agriculture (Bureau), Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Regional Bureau of Agriculture, Regional Agricultural Branch, County Bureau of Agriculture, County Agricultural Branch, Commune, Brigade Agricultural Station, as well as agricultural colleges and universities.
