对中药马齿苋中环多巴酰胺类生物碱进行定性定量分析。采用HPLC-DAD及改进的HPLC-ESI-MS/MS方法,从马齿苋中鉴定了8个新环多巴酰胺Oleracein H–O和4个已知环多巴酰胺Oleracein A–D。通过分析11批样品,首次建立了马齿苋药材环多巴酰胺的HPLC指纹图谱,并同时对2个主成分Oleracein A(OA)和Oleracein B(OB)进行了定量研究,对总环多巴酰胺进行了半定量分析,结果表明,十一批马齿苋药材中OA和OB的含量分别为35.00–151.93 mg/kg和40.00–150.44 mg/kg,总环多巴酰胺的含量分别为314.16–928.60 mg/kg(以OA计算)或475.83–1393.00 mg/kg(以OB计算)。本实验结果为马齿苋药材的质量评价和质量控制提供了新方法。
The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the central dopa amide alkaloids in purslane. Eight new Cycloserine Oleracein H-O and four known Cyclohexamide Oleracein A-D were identified from Portulaca oleracea by HPLC-DAD and HPLC-ESI-MS / MS. HPLC fingerprinting was established for the first time by analyzing eleven batches of samples, and the two principal components, Oleracein A (OA) and Oleracein B (OB), were quantitatively studied. Amide were semi-quantitative analysis showed that eleven batches Portulaca oleracea OA and OB content of 35.00-151.93 mg / kg and 40.00-150.44 mg / kg, respectively, the total cyclic dopamine amide content of 314.16- 928.60 mg / kg as OA or 475.83-1393.00 mg / kg as OB. The experimental results provide a new method for the quality evaluation and quality control of purslane medicinal materials.
