目的:运用“染片指引法”提高食物中毒病原菌检出率,缩短检测时间,及时、准确为食物中毒作出病原学诊断提供可靠的科学依据。方法:对102起微生物性食物中毒1406份检样,直接涂片染色,筛选出优势菌直接选种于对口培养基培养,然后直接挑取优势菌落作一次性科、属、群、种(型)鉴定与毒素基因片段测定等验证试验。非优势菌作补漏检测。结果:102起食物中毒检出病原菌96起,检出率为94.12%;检出病原菌20个种,其中细菌性13个种,真菌性7个种,新发现食物中毒病原菌8个。分离到菌株1354株。结论:研究结果,该方法明显缩短检测时间,阳性检出率高,同时操作程序简化,检测工作强度减轻,节省材料。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a reliable scientific basis for the etiological diagnosis of food poisoning by using the “Directive on Dye” to improve the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria causing food poisoning and shorten the testing time. Methods: One hundred and twenty-two samples of 1406 samples of microbiological food poisoning were stained by direct smear. The dominant bacteria were screened out and cultured directly in the counterpart culture medium. The dominant colonies were then directly picked for one-off subjects, genus, group and species Identification and toxin gene fragments and other validation tests. Non-dominant bacteria as trap detection. Results: Totally 96 pathogenic bacteria were detected in 102 cases of food poisoning, with a detection rate of 94.12%. Twenty pathogenic bacteria were detected, including 13 bacterial species, 7 fungal species and 8 newly discovered food poisoning pathogenic bacteria. Strain 1354 was isolated. Conclusion: The results show that the method significantly shortens the detection time, the positive detection rate is high, while simplifying the operating procedures, reducing the intensity of detection work, saving material.
