1979年4月,我们在门诊中,遇到了一位原发性肝癌患者,从他的家族史介绍中获悉,他家母子6人中,5人皆死于原发性肝癌,还有一个舅舅及表兄弟父子4人,一个姨娘及姨兄弟母子3人,也都死于原发性肝癌。据追忆分析,外祖父也可能是死于原发性肝癌的。同一家族三代人中,如此之多的人死于原发性肝癌,文献报告尚未见到。为此我们作了初步的调查。结果证明,其所述是符合事实的,今特报告如下:
In April 1979, we encountered a patient with primary liver cancer in our clinic. We learned from his family history that 5 of his mother and 6 children died of primary liver cancer. Four cousins and father and son, a mother-in-law and three brother-in-law and three sons and daughters also died of primary liver cancer. According to recall, grandfather may also have died of primary liver cancer. Of the three generations of the same family, so many people died of primary liver cancer, and the literature has not yet been seen. For this reason we made a preliminary investigation.
