目的:探讨生存素在早期胃癌组织中表达及其临床意义。方法:利用逆转录聚合酶链反应检测30例早期胃癌及正常人胃黏膜组织中生存素表达率,分析生存素与早期胃癌的关系。结果:早期胃癌组织中生存素表达率96.7%,正常人则为0。结论:生存素在早期胃癌组织中有较高的表达率,其表达与胃癌预后呈正相关,可作为早期胃癌检测指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of survivin in early gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of survivin in gastric mucosa of early gastric cancer and normal gastric mucosa was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. The relationship between survivin and early gastric cancer was analyzed. Results: The expression of survivin in early gastric cancer was 96.7%, while in normal people it was 0. CONCLUSION: Survivin has a high expression rate in early gastric cancer tissues. The expression of survivin is positively correlated with the prognosis of gastric cancer and can be used as an indicator of early gastric cancer.
