通过对幼儿园教研活动的调查,我们发现,大部分幼儿园教研组织健全,活动开展正常,教研有计划、有记录、定时间、定人员。但不少幼儿园的教研性质、任务不明确,活动流于形式,不能真正发挥教研活动在提高幼儿园保教质量中的作用,主要存在以下一些问题:一、教研目标缺乏可行性教研目标是教研活动的出发点和归宿,它预示教研活动的行动路线。教研目标不仅要体现《幼儿园工作规程》的精神,反映正确的儿童观、教育观,更要明确具体,具有可操作性。不少幼儿园的教研目标空泛。如
