“同乐教学”的理念是着眼于学生的快乐成长,放眼于教师的专业发展。达到师生“同乐”的境界,课堂上就不应仅局限于老师教,学生学,更应该是师生间的一种“沟通”、一种“合作”、一种“交流”、一种“分享”。以下是我在平时教学中尝试探索学生“乐学”的几点做法。一、融洽师生关系,营造愉快氛围建立良好和谐的师生关系,是实施“同乐教学”的基础。因此在课堂上我经常直呼学生小名,如:多多、廷廷、龙龙等,这种亲昵的称呼,学生乐于接受,自然拉
