中华人民共和国卫生部(55)卫防徐字第一○九六号命令:『「传染病管理办法」业经中华人民共和国国务院于一九五五年六月一日批准,现予公布施行。前由各地自行制定的传染病管理条例或办法等与本办法有抵触的应即废止。根据当地情况,各地制定实施细则,向本部备案。兹附送「传染病管理办法」一份,希转知所属执行。』兹特将「传染病管理办法」转发,希遵照执行。
Ministry of Public Health of the People’s Republic of China (55) Wei Fang Xizi No. 1096 Order: “The Measures for the Administration of Infectious Diseases, approved by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China on June 1, 1955, are hereby promulgated and implemented. The rules and measures for the management of communicable diseases previously formulated by the localities that are inconsistent with these Measures shall be repealed immediately. According to local conditions, all localities will formulate detailed implementation rules and file with the headquarters. I hereby enclose a copy of the ”Measures for the Management of Infectious Diseases“, which I hope will be transmitted to my colleagues. Zit will be ”infectious disease management approach" forwarded, hope to comply with the implementation.
