农业税的夏季预征工作就要开始了,省人民政府已发出夏征工作指示。指示中明确规定:今年夏征工作必须认真贯彻中央实行合理负担依法减免增产不增税的农业税政策,保证完成夏征任务,作好安全入库工作。根据这一指示,说明作好农业税夏季预征工作,包括了从依率计征,依法减免,以至安全入库的整个工作过程,这是一项艰巨细密的组织工作。为了贯彻执行省人民政府这一指示,各地必须注意以下几个问题:
