Income distribution reform has made the market realize that the redistribution of wealth needs to seek a new path of development in evolution. As an important part of the economy, state-owned enterprises still face many market tests in the process of proceeding. In the past, China’s reform and opening up and market economy construction, the core is the reform of state-owned enterprise system, opening up to the outside world. The general consensus that has now been reached is that the structural and distribution reform has become the key to determining the next step in economic growth and social development.
