通过室温化学渗硫技术在45钢表面制备渗硫层,采用M-200型摩擦磨损试验机评价了渗硫层在定载荷和变载荷下的摩擦磨损性能,用扫描电子显微镜、三维轮廓仪和X射线衍射仪观察分析了渗硫层的形貌、结构、物相组成及其磨痕形貌。结果表明,渗硫层摩擦过程中硫元素会向对偶件扩散,并生成具有润滑作用的氧化物,摩擦系数一直很小。渗硫层减摩耐磨效果明显,有效改善钢的粘着磨损特性。
The sulphide layer was prepared on the surface of 45 steel by room temperature chemical sulphurization. The friction and wear properties of the sulphurized layer under constant and variable load were evaluated by M-200 friction and wear testing machine. Morphology, structure, phase composition and morphology of wear scar were observed and analyzed by X-ray diffractometer. The results show that during the frictional process of the sulfurized layer, the sulfur element will diffuse into the dual part and generate the oxide with lubricating effect, and the friction coefficient has been very small. Sulfur layer anti-friction wear-resistant effect is obvious, effectively improve the adhesion of steel wear characteristics.
