我院1960～1980乍手术治疗52例腮腺上皮性肿瘤,现将其远期效果报告如下:52例腮隙上皮性肿瘤中初发44例,在外院曾手术复发者8例。按 WHO 分类,良性38例(73%)中混合瘤36例,腺淋巴瘤2例;恶性14例(27%)中粘液表皮样癌6例,腺泡细胞癌3例,腺癌、未分化癌各2例,恶性混合瘤1例。手术切除方式分二组:1.局部切除组,即
In our hospital from 1960 to 1980, 52 cases of salivary gland epithelial tumors were treated surgically. The long-term effects were reported as follows: There were 44 cases of initial epithelial tumors in the gap, and 8 cases had relapsed in the external hospital. According to the WHO classification, there were 36 cases of benign tumors (73%) and 36 cases of mixed tumors, and 2 cases of adenolymphoma; 14 cases (27%) of malignant tumors had 6 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma, 3 cases of acinar cell carcinoma, and adenocarcinoma, undifferentiated.
