顺口溜是民间流行的一种口头韵文,念起来朗朗上口,听起来引人入胜。有的领导干部尤其是从基层成长起来的领导干部,在长期和群众打交道的过程中逐渐熟悉并善于使用顺口溜。这种语言形式通俗易懂、言简意赅,更能引起听众的兴趣,也更容易被人理解。笔者作为一名秘书工作者,深受所服务领导在讲话稿中巧妙添加顺口溜的启发,试从中采撷几例,与大家共同学习探讨。一是说理透彻。针对一定时期乡、村干部群众观念和服务意识不强,处理群众工作时存在急躁易怒作风的倾向,领导在干部大会上讲道:“群众急了咱不急,咱给群众
