目的:研究发酵乳杆菌(Lactobacilus fermentum,Lb-f)在体内的抗癌活性,以期为研制新的抗癌药物提供实验数据。方法:以0.9%氯化钠注射液为空白对照,左旋咪唑和环磷酰胺为阳性对照,测定Lb-f对人胃癌裸鼠异种移植瘤生长的抑制率;以0.9%氯化钠注射液为空白对照、左旋咪唑为阳性对照测定Lb-f对小鼠单核巨噬细胞系统细胞吞噬功能、迟发性免疫反应、抗绵羊红细胞凝集素抗体滴度的影响。结果:三个剂量组的Lb-f在给药后均能显著抑制人胃癌裸鼠异种移植瘤的生长(与0.9%氯化钠注射液组对比,P<0.05),与左旋咪唑组、环磷酰胺组结果相当。三个剂量组的Lb-f均能显著增强小鼠的细胞吞噬功能、迟发性免疫反应、抗绵羊红细胞凝集素效价(与0.9%氯化钠注射液组对比,P<0.01),比左旋咪唑组稍强。结论:发酵乳杆菌在体内具有一定的抗胃癌活性和免疫活性。
Objective: To study the anticancer activity of Lactobacillus fermentum (Lb-f) in vivo and to provide experimental data for the development of new anticancer drugs. Methods: 0.9% sodium chloride injection as a blank control, levamisole and cyclophosphamide as positive control, determination of Lb-f on human gastric cancer xenograft growth inhibition; 0.9% chloride Sodium injection as a blank control, levamisole as a positive control Lb-f mouse monocyte-macrophage system phagocytic function, delayed immune response, anti-sheep hemagglutinin antibody titers. Results: Lb-f in three dose groups could significantly inhibit the growth of human gastric cancer xenografts in nude mice after administration (compared with 0.9% sodium chloride injection group, P <0.05) Imidazole group, cyclophosphamide group results. Lb-f in three dose groups could significantly enhance the phagocytosis, delayed immune response and anti-sheep hemagglutinin titer (compared with 0.9% sodium chloride injection group, P <0. 01), slightly stronger than the levamisole group. Conclusion: Lactobacillus fermentum has certain anti-gastric cancer activity and immune activity in vivo.
