在新时期下,档案管理工作必须加大创新力度,档案管理的工作人员必须了解当前特殊形式,同时改变传统观念,提高创新意识。由于社会不断发展,加上市场经济体制改革不断加强,所以现在的市场竞争越发激烈。由于人的主观地位,所以市场竞争的实质就是人与人之间的竞争。在档案管理工作里,怎样利用好人才提高创新力度称为企业档案管理工作的核心。通过分析现代档案管理工作的创新,进一步分析了档案管理工作的创新意义和途径。
In the new era, the management of archives must increase its innovation. The staff of archival management must understand the current special forms and at the same time, change traditional concepts and raise awareness of innovation.
