为了进一步宣贯《质量振兴纲要》和《化学工业“九五”质量规划和2010年远景目标》,推动化工企业实施名牌发展战略,走质量效益型的发展道路,化工部技术监督司于6月4日至6月6日在湖北省荆州市组织召开了特大型化工企业和重点扶植产品企业参加的质量工作座谈会。参加会议的有34个特大型化工企业和重点扶植产品企业的代表以及湖北省石化厅、《经济日报》《名牌时报》的代表共计53名。
