故障现象一辆2008年产黄海DD6118S13客车,配置YC6G240-30国Ⅲ博世共轨电控柴油发动机。笔者接到车主打来的报修电话,反映该车发动机无法起动。赶至车辆抛锚地点,首先进行故障确认。试车发动机却发现发动机能够起动,而且起动着机后工作正常。询问客户后得知,此种现象曾经出现过两次。在多次试车正常的情况下,本着对客户负责的态度,征得客户的同意,将车开至我厂做进一步检查。故障诊断将车开至修理厂后先进行基础检查,观察发动机线束、高低压油路,未发现异常。由于此故障是间歇性的,所以给故障诊断带来一定的难度。
