在生活水平全面提升、国民经济不断增长的今天,城市建设进程日益加快,建设规模逐步拓展,通过长期发展,建筑行业日趋平稳。因设计方案、使用年限与养护维修等的制约,建筑物不可避免地会出现一定损伤,迫切需要进行检测和加固,因此,愈发重视结构加固改造工程。笔者将依照自身经验,具体研究房屋检测技术研究以及加固方法,以此来为工程实践提供参考。
With an overall improvement in living standards and an ever-increasing national economy, the process of urban construction is accelerating and the scale of construction is gradually expanding. With the long-term development, the construction industry will become increasingly stable. Due to the design scheme, service life and maintenance and maintenance constraints, inevitably there will be some damage to the building and the urgent need for testing and reinforcement. Therefore, more attention should be paid to structural reinforcement and reconstruction projects. The author will be based on their own experience, specific research on housing testing technology and reinforcement methods, in order to provide a reference for engineering practice.
